North County Health Services (NCHS) is a private, not for profit, healthcare organization that operates eleven health centers and two mobile clinics in the cities of Oceanside, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Ramona and San Marcos. Since 1971, NCHS has been providing, medical, dental, vision and women’s health services to over 60,000 patients, 30,000 of which are children, each year to our diverse populations in North San Diego County. NCHS also provides health education, WIC services, community outreach and operates a HIV/AIDS Community Case Management Program. Our services are provided by board-certified and board-eligible physicians and we strive to provide quality health care that is comprehensive, affordable and culturally sensitive. Accredited by the Joint Commission, an operator of accreditation programs for national quality and safety requirements, NCHS is one of only five percent of community health centers nationwide to earn this prestigious designation.
