Oceanside Harbor Days
On
September 29-30, 2012, the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce along with Cox
Communications and Genentech will present Oceanside Harbor Days at the Oceanside
Harbor. The event will feature arts and craft exhibits, Pirate's Cove area,
great food and fun activities for the entire family. The event is open from 9:00
a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day.
Two event filled days of sun, sand, and surf provide an outstanding
opportunity for residents and neighbors to experience fun activities including
the new Pirates Playground, enhanced arts, crafts and food booth area, Nail 'n'
Sail Competition, Military, Police & Fire displays, and more.
Harbor Days is free to the public and is presented by
Oceanside Chamber of Commerce, Oceanside Harbor District, Cox Communications,

On April 19, 2012, the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Hispanic Chamber of E-Commerce will hold the Oceanside Business Expo/Hispanic Business Showcase (Formerly the San Diego Business Showcase)This Expo provides a great opportunity for local business owners to:

North County Health & Wellness Fair

August 9, 2012 the Chamber will hold its 6th Annual Health & Wellness Fair. This
event provides an opportunity for local health related businesses to promote
their products and services. The event also features a variety of health related
free screenings for community members. The event is free of charge to the public
and is presented by Genentech and Tri-City Medical Center.

Excellence in Education Awards Dinner
On
November 1, 2012, the Oceanside Chamber will hold its 4th Annual Excellence in
Education Awards Dinner & Auction. The Chamber will honor and recognize
“Outstanding Employee of the Year”, “Administrator of the Year”, and “Teacher of
the Year.”
The Event will feature a terrific dinner, no-host bar and a silent auction. A
portion of the event proceeds will be used to provide scholarships to local
students and classroom grants for school projects.

Golf with a Hero
In
June 5, 2012, the Chamber will hold its Annual "Golf with a Hero"
event. This event provides an opportunity for business and community leaders to
treat a young Marine or Sailor to a round of golf while enjoying their company
for a day at the beautiful Marine Memorial Golf Course on Camp Pendleton. A
portion of the proceeds will benefit a local military charity.

Enlisted Recognition Dinner

February 22, 2013, the Chamber will hold its Annual Enlisted Recognition Dinner.
The Chamber’s Military Affairs Committee created an Enlisted Recognition Program
in 2001 as a way for the business community to recognize the excellence of the
local enlisted personnel. This event is open to the public and will feature a delicious
dinner and an evening of celebration as we recognize Marines and Sailors who
have been identified by their respective commands as top performers and

Oceanside Senior Expo
On Saturday, October 13, 2012, the Oceanside Chamber will hold the Oceanside Senior Expo - Active Lifestyles event. For 14 years, the City of Oceanside has held a Senior Expo to highlight products and services available to our senior community. The Chamber plans to continue this important community tradition in providing access to valuable resources, products and activities geared toward the senior market. Operation Appreciation
On
May 19, 2012, the Oceanside Chamber will bring the business community and area
residents together to provide a day of recognition to the Marines and Sailors
based on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. All active duty military members and
their families are treated to a day of free food and entertainment at the
Oceanside Pier Amphitheatre. This event could not occur without corporate

Awards and Recognition Luncheon

July 18, 2012 join the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce Board of
