Business Showcase Committee
Each Spring, the Chamber holds the
San Diego Business Showcase. The Business Showcase Committee is instrumental in the planning and oversight of this event. Committee meets the 2nd
Friday of the Month, 7:30am at the Chamber office.
Education Committee
The Education Committee works diligently to raise scholarship funds for graduating high school students who live in Oceanside, as well as for classroom project grants. They also oversee the
Annual Education Awards Dinner & Auction.
Committee meets the 2nd Tuesday of the Month, 7:30am
at Carrows Restaurant in Oceanside.
Harbor Days Committee
Oceanside
Harbor Days is an annual two-day event that draws
tens of thousands of visitors to the Oceanside
Harbor. The event includes arts and crafts booths,
food booths, Pirates Cove area, military displays and much more.
The Harbor Days committee, along with Chamber Staff
organizes and operates this event. Committee meets
as needed. Contact the Chamber for details.
Membership Services/Ambassadors Committee
The Membership Services Committee assists the
Chamber in planning Chamber networking and
business education programs, and host the
"Plates for 8" Small Group Networking Luncheons.
They also represent the Chamber at business and
community events throughout north County as well as
welcoming all new Chamber members by attending
ribbon cuttings and grand openings. Committee meets the
3rd Wednesday of the Month,
8:00am at the Chamber office.
Military Affairs Committee
The Military Affairs Committee is key to the
Chamber’s outreach to the Marines and Sailors
located on Camp Pendleton. The Committee organizes a
variety of events that allow the business community
to network with the military while also showing them
our community’s appreciation of their important
work. Events planned by the committee include:
Golf with a
Hero,
Operation
Appreciation (Military Appreciation Event), and the
Enlisted Recognition Dinner.

7:30am at the Chamber office.
Public Policy Committee
The Public Policy Committee reviews laws &
regulations that unreasonably inhibit business,
improve the business climate or affect our quality
of life. When appropriate, the committee will
recommend a course of action to the Chamber’s Board
of Directors. Committee meets the 1st Thursday of
the Month, 7:30am at the Chamber office.
Marketing Committee
The Marketing Committee assists the Chamber in expanding its reach to the local business community. If marketing is your passion, we can use your help. 1st Thursday of the Month, 12 Noon at the Chamber.
