On August 13, 2009, the Chamber will hold its 4th Annual North San Diego County Health & Wellness Fair. This event provides an opportunity for local health & wellness related businesses to promote their products and services. The event also features a variety of health related screenings and demonstrations for community members. The Fair is held at Oceanside Civic Center Plaza, and takes place during the same hours as the adjacent Oceanside Farmer's Market event. | ||
