Golf with a Hero

The 2012 Golf with a Hero event raised over $4,000 for the Veterans Association of North County. This event provides an opportunity for business leaders to treat a young Marine or Sailor to a round of golf while enjoying their company for a day. The Chamber will not be holding the Golf with a Hero event in 2013.

"Typically, events like this are for the benefit of the individual Marine golfing, the round of golf is exclusively for the Marine. It was very satisfying to participate in an event that can associate my round of golf with supporting another cause, particularly one that supports fellow servicemen.
