Please join our efforts to oppose SB 1383, legislation that would require any employer with only 5 employees to provide 12-weeks of protected leave each year and threatening them with litigation for any unintentional mistake. It will also impact large employers by providing the opportunity for a 6 month mandatory leave of absence.
