Legal Documents Provided:

• Advance Health Care Directive
• HIPAA Authorization
• Durable Power of Attorney
• Simple Will

Includes remote consultation, document preparation, and instructions for notarization. 
Client is responsible for notarization of documents in their local area. 
Execution of Will requires an in-person meeting with two witnesses.

 
Basic Estate Plan - Married $1.750

Legal Documents Provided:

• Advance Health Care Directive (x2)
• HIPAA Authorization (x2)
• Durable Power of Attorney (x2)
• Reciprocal Wills

Includes remote consultation, document preparation, and instructions for notarization.
