The Monthly Business Mixer creates an informal setting for professionals to expand their network and strengthen business relationships. Hosted at a Chamber Member location, each mixer highlights a local business while offering a relaxed atmosphere. Complimentary appetizers are provided. This event encourages meaningful connections in a casual, after-hours setting.

Second Tuesday Coffee
Tuesday Coffee offers a casual and welcoming environment for business professionals to connect and build relationships. Attendees participate in structured networking, including one-minute introductions and an icebreaker activity. Guests are encouraged to bring business cards to share and make lasting connections. Coffee and light refreshments are provided to start the morning off right.

Emerging Issues Forum
The Chamber’s Emerging Issues Forum brings together local leaders and subject-matter experts to discuss timely issues impacting the Oceanside business community. Each meeting features legislative and policy updates that help members stay informed and engaged. Attendees have the opportunity to ask questions and share insights during an interactive discussion period. This monthly forum encourages collaboration and awareness of challenges and opportunities facing Oceanside.

Military affairs forum
The Military Affairs Committee focuses on strengthening the relationship between the Oceanside community and Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. Meetings highlight key topics affecting servicemembers, military families, and local businesses. Participants hear updates directly related to military initiatives, policy changes, and community partnerships. This forum provides a valuable space for dialogue and mutual understanding between civilian and military stakeholders.

The Rising Star Student of the Month Program celebrates Oceanside Unified School District seniors who demonstrate resilience and dedication to their education. Students are recognized at a monthly breakfast attended by educators, families, and community leaders. Honorees are also eligible to apply for Chamber Foundation Scholarships to support their future goals. Thanks to the generosity of our scholarship sponsors, the Oceanside Chamber Foundation has awarded $144,000 in scholarships to 81 deserving Rising Star students in the first four years of the program.

Oceanside Young Professionals Mixers
Oceanside Young Professionals provides opportunities for emerging professionals to connect through social and professional events. Programming includes lunches, happy hours, and premier networking experiences in a fun and relaxed setting. OYP encourages relationship-building, career development, and community involvement. Membership is not required, and OYP members receive discounts on event registration.
