Oceanside Harbor Days

On October 2nd and 3rd,  2010, the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce along with Cox Communications, Genentech and San Diego Ford Dealers will present Oceanside Harbor Days at the Oceanside Harbor. The event will feature arts and craft exhibits, Pirate's Cove area, great food and fun activities for the entire family. The event is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day.

Two event filled days of sun, sand, and surf provide an outstanding opportunity for residents and neighbors to experience fun activities including the new Pirates Playground, enhanced arts, crafts and food booth area, Nail 'n' Sail Competition, Military, Police & Fire displays, and more.

Harbor Days is free to the public and is presented by Oceanside Chamber of Commerce, Oceanside Harbor District, Cox Communications, Genentech and San Diego Ford Dealers. North County Health & Wellness Fair

On August 11, 2011 the Chamber will hold its 6th Annual Health & Wellness Fair. This event provides an opportunity for local health related businesses to promote their products and services. The event also features a variety of health related educational workshops, screenings and demonstrations for community members. The event is free of charge to the public and is presented by Genentech and Scripps Coastal Medical Center.

Excellence in Education Awards Dinner

On Thursday, November 4th, the Oceanside Chamber will hold its 2nd Annual Excellence in Education Awards Dinner & Auction. The Chamber will honor and recognize “Outstanding Employee of the Year”, “Administrator of the Year”, and “Teacher of the Year.”

The Event will feature a terrific dinner, no-host bar and a silent auction. A portion of the event proceeds will be used to provide scholarships to local students and classroom grants for school projects.

Golf with a Hero

On June 8, 2011, the Chamber along with Scripps Coastal Medical Center and Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas, will hold its 11th Annual Military & Commercial Golf Outing, "Golf with a Hero". This event provides an opportunity for business and community leaders to treat a young Marine or Sailor to a round of golf while enjoying their company for a day at the beautiful Arrowood Golf Course in Oceanside. A portion of the proceeds will benefit a local military charity.

Enlisted Recognition Luncheon

The Oceanside Chamber’s Military Affairs Committee created the Enlisted Recognition Program in 2001 as a
way for the business community to recognize the excellence of the local enlisted personnel. This event is
open to the public and will feature recognition of Marines and Sailors who have been identified by their

Operation Appreciation

On May 21, 2011, the Oceanside Chamber will bring the business community and area residents together to provide a day of recognition to the Marines and Sailors based on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. All active duty military members and their families are treated to a day of free food and entertainment at the Oceanside Pier Amphitheatre. This event could not occur without corporate sponsorship. On April 7, 2011, the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce will hold its Annual San Diego Business Showcase at the Del Mar Fairgrounds.
