San Diego Business Showcase

On March 11, 2010, the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce will hold the San Diego Business Showcase (formerly North County Business Showcase) at the Del Mar Fairgrounds.

We now have space for 250 exhibits and thousands of attendees, making the San Diego Business Showcase one of the County's premiere business events.

The Showcase is presented by Oceanside Chamber of Commerce. Our Presenting Sponsors: Computer Circulation Center and The Daily Transcript. Oceanside Harbor Days

On October 2nd and 3rd,  2010, the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce along with Cox Communications and Genentech will present Oceanside Harbor Days at the Oceanside Harbor. The event will feature arts and craft exhibits, Pirate's Cove area, great food and fun activities for the entire family. The event is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day.

Two event filled days of sun, sand, and surf provide an outstanding opportunity for residents and neighbors to experience fun activities including the new Pirates Cove exhibition, vintage pirate ships, children's area, Nail 'n' Sail Competition, Military, Police & Fire displays, and more.

Harbor Days is free to the public and is presented by Oceanside Chamber of Commerce, Oceanside Harbor District, Cox Communications and Genentech. North County Health & Wellness Fair

On August 12, 2010 the Chamber will hold its 5th Annual Health & Wellness Fair. This event provides an opportunity for local health related businesses to promote their products and services. The event also features a variety of health related educational workshops, screenings and demonstrations for community members. The event is free of charge to the public and is presented by Genentech and Tri-City Medical Center.

Excellence in Education Awards Dinner

On Thursday, November 4th, the Oceanside Chamber will hold its 2nd Annual Excellence in Education Awards Dinner & Auction. The Chamber will honor and recognize “Outstanding Employee of the Year”, “Administrator of the Year”, and “Teacher of the Year.”

The Event will feature a terrific dinner, no-host bar and a silent auction. A portion of the event proceeds will be used to provide scholarships to local students and classroom grants for school projects.

Enlisted Recognition Luncheon

The Oceanside Chamber’s Military Affairs Committee created the Enlisted Recognition Program in 2001 as a
way for the business community to recognize the excellence of the local enlisted personnel. This event is
open to the public and will feature recognition of Marines and Sailors who have been identified by their

Operation Appreciation

On May 15, 2010, the Oceanside Chamber will bring the business community and area residents together to provide a day of recognition to the Marines and Sailors based on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. All active duty military members and their families are treated to a day of free food and entertainment at the Oceanside Pier Amphitheatre. This event could not occur without corporate sponsorship. On June 4, 2010, the Chamber will hold its 10th Annual Military & Commercial Golf Outing, titled "Golf with a Hero".
