For almost 24 years, Body & Brain Yoga and Health Centers have been sharing yoga, taichi-qigong, breathing and meditation at over 100 centers, and at non-profit Body & Brain Foundation 501(c)3 outreach locations across the United States. Like many businesses during the pandemic, we quickly transitioned to 100% online, and created new Virtual Training Rooms for our members. In addition to caring for our members, we’re fully committed to community outreach for public health and wellbeing. Come enjoy the Mozart Bassoon Concerto, Mozart Clarinet Concerto, John Mackey’s Soprano Sax Concerto a Trumpet solo called Gabriel’s Oboe and David Maslanka’s Trombone Concerto. If you attended their winter concert in December, you know what superb musicians these award-winning teens really are! It’s a night of beautiful music fit for a Valentine’s Day!
