The biggest response I have received from clients and others I advise is that they have a hard time coming up with ideas to even get started creating content or finding ways to leverage their brand.
So in this post I’ll give you three unique ways to help leverage your brand presence to your audience and create a cycle of content to lead them to your website, create a new customer, and in this post, a new revenue model for your brand.
Many marketers and brands use community pages, first of all, to develop a community or tribe that aligns with their brand. Second of all to create unique content that their tribe may want to consume. There are two ways you could build a community page. Either a public community page where anyone can join. The great thing with this is that new people you would never be able to meet face to face could connect with your brand, possibly resulting in a prospective lead. The con is that you could bring in the wrong audience into your brand. There may not be much interaction within the community page. Another way is creating a private FB Community page, where people that have signed up for your newsletter or purchased a product from you can be invited to the private page. Here you have high leads or hot prospective leads to create content for. Even with the community page others can do networking, masterminding, and create business partnerships for themselves through the community.
2. BeLive or FB Live Feeds
Video content is the hot thing right now. Many brands using creative video content to help brand awareness for their product or campaign. If you are looking to create professional video content there are a few companies I recommend. But if your budget doesn’t allow for video, then you can get creative by doing FB Live Feeds for your brand.
With just a click of the button, you can create unique content, market your brand, create awareness about an event, or perhaps share something inspiring for your audience. I’m an advocate for using the BeLive.tv app to create professional live feeds for your brand. It has a very easy interface and easy to connect to your brand pages. I’ve used this app with great results. It’s in a beta version right now, but for some users, like me, it has given the option to create a full broadcast. So the option is there to interview people, perhaps do a show around what’s going on in your industry or doing a Q & A broadcast where you are helping answer questions. Doing this can make audiences perceive you as an expert in your field. Which can attract larger clients to your brand, instead of pushing marketing on your audience with no true ROI.
3. Affiliate or Joint Venture Marketing
This is something that from a branding aspect I’m experimenting with now. Aligning your brand with other brands that you resonate with can be equally beneficial. Depending on the company or brand you can get a percentage of sales depending on how many products you sell. This can be done by acquiring an affiliate link that you can get from the respective brand’s affiliate page. For many, this is a unique and new income revenue model where you don’t have to create a product or service. You can create content around an already produced product, share it on your public or private community page or perhaps market it on the FB Live Feed that you will be doing soon! People that click on your affiliate link and purchase a product, you automatically get a percentage of that sale. This is a great way to market your brand to a potential new audience or get access to new markets that you may not have necessarily looked at before.
So to create a plan of action. You can either come up with content based on your market or niche or create content around a specific product that you are cross promoting. Create a private or public community page and invite and potential customers into the group. Post some free content like a FB Live feed, based around your industry or with the product you are promoting on your community page, and post your affiliate link as well for anyone interested in buying or directing them to your website where you can sign them up on your email list. With this strategy, you a creating a cycle of content that you can repurpose. Even with the FB Live Feeds you can copy and paste the code from the video and plug it into your email newsletter platform of choice.
Using this strategy you can build and leverage your brand as a valuable expert in your field as well as potentially creating a new revenue stream that aligns with your brand and values.
