Military Appreciation Resource Magazine Camp Pendleton is a quarterly publication and publishes in January, April, July, and October. The magazine’s purpose is to put businesses and their products in front of Marines on Camp Pendleton.
On Armed Forces Day, Saturday, May 18, 2019, the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce will host Operation Appreciation. This event is a day of recognition and appreciation to all active-duty military stationed on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton and nearby military bases.
The USO has arrived at Camp Pendleton and in less than a year has already served more than 45,000 military members.

As detailed in this San Diego Union Tribune new story, "Camp Pendleton female Marines mark 75th anniversary," three local military organizations have teamed up with the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce to produce a military publication on Monday, August 13, 2018, a date which will additionally celebrate the 100th anniversary of the enlistment of the first woman, Opha May Johnson, into the United States Marine Corps in 1918.
