Chamber Honors Top Marines and Sailors at Annual Enlisted Recognition Reception

​The Oceanside Chamber of Commerce honored 25 top Marines and Sailors stationed from various units aboard MCB Camp Pendleton at our annual Enlisted Recognition Reception, February 22, 2018.
 
The reception was held at Veterans Association of North County (VANC) in Oceanside and was sponsored by Pioneer Services and Stirling Development. The keynote speaker was Colonel John R. Polidoro, Jr., Commanding Officer of Headquarters and Support BN, MCB Camp Pendleton. 
 
The Marines and Sailors were presented with plaques from the Oceanside Chamber, along with certificates from Supervisor Bill Horn, Assemblymember Rocky Chavez, State Senator Pat Bates and Congressman Darrell Issa.

​In addition, three finalists for the Oceanside Chamber’s Military Spouse of the Year were honored:  Charity Hobbs, Emily Heuerman and Laura Woolard Jackson.  Emily Heuerman was selected as the overall winner.
