In August, the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce announced its endorsements for the 2020 City of Oceanside elections. The Chamber Board of Directors voted to support Ryan Keim for District 3 and Peter Weiss for District 4. Both candidates won their respective district races within crowded candidate fields. While the Chamber has been a very vocal business advocate on a variety of business-related issues over the years, this was the Chamber’s first time endorsing candidates in recent history. The endorsements by the Chamber Board followed several months of work by the Advance Oceanside Political Action Committee. Much of 2019 was spent developing policies and procedures and seeking Chamber member input on what issues were most important to our businesses. In addition to its endorsement, The Chamber's Advance Oceanside Political Action Committee raised nearly $12,000 to support our candidates this year.
“Both of these councilmembers have proven that they have the best interests of our business community in mind”, said Chamber CEO Scott Ashton. “While the State’s mandated closures have been destructive to our business community, City leaders have bent over backwards to try to help our businesses succeed in this environment. Both Ryan Keim and Peter Weiss have played instrumental roles in those efforts.”

Hopefully the new candidates will pull the citizens and taxpayers in this city together. Happy citizens can foster tremendous business success here. Outside groups and outside initiatives will never help. Let's lead our city and businesses into a time of confidence, creativity, flexibility and success. Let's never encourage a "victim" mindset in our business community. 11/18/2020 04:23:27 pm
I agree with Michael Ellis' statement in general. I differ in that I don't think citizens and taxpayers are different groups. Both of us endorse the idea of supporting Oside businesses and entrepreneurs and shopping local. As a local printer, I cringe when I hear how much Vista Print appeals to those who want business tools despite frequent lapses in delivery, bad images and other mistakes that take more time in correcting than your local printer. Both Peter Weiss and Ryan Keim are my acquaintances and I am very delighted that their efforts were successful. These two are very conscious of their city and constituents. Congratulations, Peter and Ryan.

My uncle is a business man who loves politics, a time came for him to go for a political position in my state and the country i came from. The opposition can do anything to frustrate your political career and my records weren't that good so i needed to set things right so that my opponent won't have an edge over me. Then i saw a post about this great team of hackers, I contacted them and told them my problems and they cleared all my bad records within a short time, they also know how to do any hack you might desire. As I’m typing this message, he’s now the Governor of my state. You can as well reach them on similar problems. you can reach them on email: Text “J.L CORPORATIONS” to the email, JAMIEHACKING99@ Gmail . Com so that they will know you’re serious if you need them... Comments are closed.
