Hopefully, it’s not your fair share of the lucrative purchase decisions and spending controlled by the 300,000+ often hard-to-reach local military and women's audiences. If it is, read on!

As detailed in this San Diego Union Tribune new story, "
Camp Pendleton female Marines mark 75th anniversary," three local military organizations have teamed up with the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce to produce a military publication on Monday, August 13, 2018, a date which will additionally celebrate the 100th anniversary of the enlistment of the first woman, Opha May Johnson, into the United States Marine Corps in 1918.

Locally known as a longstanding advocate of Camp Pendleton, the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce has once again partnered with local military groups to produce a military publication, and to sell advertising for this sure to be coveted keepsake and military publication. By sponsoring an ad, your business will not only reach highly valued audiences, but will additionally gain goodwill in the target audiences, by widening Camp Pendleton’s reach to more widely share the positive story of the women, marines, military and the Camp Pendleton Marine Corp base.

How powerful are these audiences, and this momentous event? See the San Diego Union Tribune story on the 75th Women Marines Aboard Camp Pendleton, and consider the following power-packed stats:

Within a 50-mile radius of Camp Pendleton reside 300,000+ active duty military, veterans, retirees, civilian contractors and their dependents, including the women making and/or influencing a reported 85% of buying decisions and purchases. These women make and influence purchases for their households, workplace, minor and adult children, significant others, extended family, neighbors, and even friends.

Add the massive Camp Pendleton contribution totaling $4.1 billion in annual payroll dollars, with additional allowances for food and housing, to better understand the massive dollars within these two markets (women and the military). Now add the fact that 70% of active duty military live off Camp Pendleton, thereby driving off-base spending and the economies associated with housing, cars, clothing, food, insurance, investments and more, to fully understand what you, your business, employees and bank accounts, have to gain.

With the efficiency of a military logistics expert, our Camp Pendleton liaison is coordinating magazine distribution aboard Camp Pendleton, at selected military facilities in San Diego, and nationwide. The Chamber’s military partners are additionally coordinating and producing the publication’s editorial content. Features include stories about local women Marines and those who were “first” to break new ground.  Planned content includes historic and recent photos, timelines, graphics, and stories, about the women Marines and Camp Pendleton.

Extended audiences reached via the Chamber's City of Oceanside high-traffic distribution points will include local Oceanside consumers (residents and those working in the community), visiting tourists; travelers, new move-ins, businesses and all stopping to spend their money in Oceanside. The publication will additionally be available online via a variety of high-traffic websites and social media platforms.

If you currently work with the United States government, Marines, Navy, Armed Forces, defense, security, technology, electronics and/or any industry working with the military, or would like to work with the foregoing in the future, ensure your company's support and interest is known, by sponsoring your business advertising message now.

Or perhaps you are a local business? Are you a restaurant, dining facility, brewery, bakery, dessert shop, caterer, dry cleaner, gas station, coffee house, tea shop, gym, workout or exercise facility, movie house, theatre, rock climbing facility, hotel, motel, spa, lodging provider, travel agency, tour provider (offering whale watching, deep sea fishing, guide tours, walks, museums, or any form of entertainment), day care center, dentist, chiropractor, acupuncturist, department store, grocery store or anyone else providing services needed for everyday living and/or tourists?

If your answer if yes, you'll truly appreciate the 70% of local military consumers living off Camp Pendleton! These military consumers are spending their share of Camp Pendleton's $4.1 billion in annual payroll dollars off of the Marine Corps Base, which is why the publication will distribute on base, in the community and at selected locations within San Diego County. Ensure you and your company benefit, by scheduling your sponsored message today.

Are you a real estate salesperson or real estate sector service provider serving the golden southern California, San Diego, North County, I-78 Corridor, or coastal real estate shorelines, beachfront and/or Inland markets? Perchance you are a buyer's or seller's agent? Maybe you specialize in relocation, property rental, or staging? Or do you provide home repair and enhancement to beautify pre-market listings, or assist with "fixer uppers" and home renovations after the sale?

Whatever your work in the sunny southern California real estate market, with 70% of military personnel unable to reside on Camp Pendleton, your services are in demand. Due to insufficient housing, (see 9th Annual Military Impact Study), and military home loans for veterans (including loans for move-up homes and downsizing for empty nesters) military personnel (former and current) have money to spend, and thus this publication is for you!

Are you perhaps instead an education provider, able to help active duty, retirees, veterans, and their dependents utilize their military education benefits? Well then, you know first hand the significance of the military audiences, and women decision makers directing and influencing up to 85% of decisions for those who surround them. Consider also that women earn 61.6% of all associate degrees, 56.7% of all bachelor's degrees, 59.9% of all master's degrees, and 51.6% of all doctorate degrees (2013, m2w.biz).

Isn't now the time to make sure you don’t miss heightening your visibility and awareness with these coveted and lucrative audiences? The space d
eadline is approaching fast, so please, the stories are planned and underway. Ad space adjacent to stories is filling in fast.  View more information in the media kit, and ad agreement.

Sponsor your business advertising message by returning the advertising agreement today to me and ensure your product, service, team, innovations, new location, and key information about you and your business, are in front of more of those people who most need what you have to offer, need to know about your business, and who will recommend and/or directly purchase what you manufacture, sell, prepare, install, service, and ship.

Thank you so much for posting this. I think this really puts things into a different light. I mean, I have read about this stuff before but the way you write just makes it clearer. If that makes sense lol
