As your District Attorney, I’m committed to increasing communication and accessibility between the DA’s Office and you, the community. One way I have been doing that is through this monthly column, where I provide consumer tips on public safety matters. (Me with my old high school coach and mentor Coach Al Miller who’s in the National Wrestling Hall of Fame.) I’ve recently returned from a trip into my hometown of Cleveland, TN located in the southeast part of Tennessee. I generally make it over to see friends and family and to help out with a local high school team as a guest clinician at a wrestling camp, showing technique and talking with them at the end of the camp.

May’s forum educated attendees on the evolving energy landscape and why the State is transitioning eligible residential customers to Time-of-Use pricing plans. LAMVIN, Inc. is a manufacturer of custom architectural acoustical products here in Oceanside, California. Opened in 1961, the company’s name was derived from Laminating Vinyl. Under new ownership in the 1980s, acoustical products became their primary focus. (If you’ve ever eaten in a noisy restaurant or café, you can most often attribute the noise level to a lack of “acoustic absorption”. Acoustic absorption reduces sound and echoes by adding soft materials to hard surfaces.)

This plan serves as a blueprint for the revitalization and enhancement of the Coast Highway corridor between Harbor Drive in the north and Buena Vista Lagoon in the south. Before we jump into this. Ask yourself this question. How long do you wait for your shower to “heat up” before getting in? For me, it’s about 3 to 5 minutes. For some reason the kitchen sink takes longer to heat up. But my point is that, most of us, that have a standard water heater with no re-circulation system, it takes a while for the hot water get to where we want it. So, you may have heard about tankless systems, heck even considered it. On Saturday, March 16th Metroflex Gym celebrated their One Year Anniversary at their location at 318 N Horne St in Oceanside.
