3 Natural bionutrition tricare services

​TRICARE Prime members, upon authorization from their PCM, can take advantage of our all-natural nutrition services at NO COST to Active service members and their family members. A very affordable copay of $30 will be charged to Retirees. All Active Duty service members are automatically enrolled in TRICARE Prime.

​TRICARE Select members can also access our all-natural nutrition services without prior authorization from their PCM. Select members can self-refer and come directly to us for nutrition assistance. The pay structure for Select members depends on their sponsor’s classification, family status and enlistment date. The costs for TRICARE Select breaks down as follows:

Active Duty Family Members – Sponsor enlisted before 1.1.18
Cost Share: 20% after the annual deductible is met
Annual Deductible: E-4 and below: $50/individual, $100/family / E-5 and above: $150/individual, $300/family

Active Duty Family Members – Sponsor enlisted after 1.1.18
Cost Share: 20% after the annual deductible is met
Annual Deductible: E-4 and below: $51/individual, $102/family / E-5 and above: $154/individual, $308/family

Retirees and Their Family Members – Sponsor enlisted before 1.1.18
Cost Share: 25% after the annual deductible is met
Annual Deductible: $150/individual, $300/family

Retirees and Their Family Members – Sponsor enlisted after 1.1.18
Cost Share: 25% after the annual deductible is met
Annual Deductible: $308/individual, $616/family

Also eligible are TRICARE Reserve Select, TRICARE Retired Reserve and TRICARE Young Adult.
