New Health Center Addresses Growing Needs of Seniors

SAN MARCOS, Calif. (April 11, 2023) -- TrueCare, a nonprofit community health center serving North San Diego and South Riverside Counties, has opened the TrueCare Older Adult Health Center in West San Marcos. The new location is designed to provide a unique care experience for treating adults aged 50-plus with complex and chronic health conditions.  ​

With many people experiencing tremendous loss, it is imperative for you to have up to date information and resources. This Veterans Day San Diego County Supervisor Bill Horn is hosting his annual Veterans Forum on November 8th from 9:00am to 11:00am at the North Inland Live Well Center. This year we are celebrating Vietnam Veterans in addition to all veterans, their families, and military/veteran community members. This will be Supervisor Horn’s final forum so we hope you can join! We will serve light refreshments prior to our exciting program, which consists of three dynamic speakers. We have special giveaways for our veterans and attendees in addition to over 30 non-profits participating in the Resource Fair!
