As a valuable member of our community, the North San Diego County (NSDC) Unit #1813, NAACP Youth & College Division is extending a personal invitation to you to join us in our 3rd Annual Black History Celebration. This year’s celebration will be virtual and will take place on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 11:00 AM. Logon information will be provided upon registration. The celebration gives a platform to honor past and present individuals who have selflessly contributed efforts for the advancement of the North San Diego County Community, and our society as a whole. Virtual Guests at this event will enjoy historical information about the “firsts” in Black History, presentations about various Historical Black Colleges & Universities (HBCU), spoken word and musical performances. By supporting our youth leaders, our community is empowered to help bring focus on issues such as Voting Rights, Political Representation, Economic Sustainability, Education, Health, Systemic Racism and Juvenile Justice.

Additionally, we hope we can count on your continued donation as a sponsor. Note that “this year,” sponsors who make a donation will receive program recognition for their organizations during the virtual presentation.
