There’s no doubt these are stressful and uncertain times. And with all that’s going on, worrying about teen alcohol and drug use may not have even crossed your mind. There is a strong network of community-based prevention organizations here in San Diego County that hope to provide you tips and resources to help you and your family build strong connections, and not turn to alcohol, tobacco, marijuana or other drugs to cope with stress and anxiety.
