Black Small Business Leader Accelerator Program

Founders First CDC is committed to creating an inclusive economy. With 70% of our alumni identifying as people of color, we are launching the San Diego Black Business Leaders Accelerator to help support Black-owned small businesses thrive. Through four (4) strategy-focused workshops and 1-on-1 mentorship, the program educates small businesses on how to scale their business, improve their business financial health, and become job creators. Graduates from this program will be matched with large company partners to explore minority small business contracting opportunities, receive professional accounting services, access to flexible funding, & the resources to experience 25% business growth, year-over-year.

The program culminates with a pitch & graduation day where cash & service prizes are awarded to the top growth plan presentations. Post-program support is included for all graduates.
