Their generosity allowed us to have this spectacular court,” said Diamond.

The Community Impact Award was presented to individuals in appreciation of their substantial donation of time and resources to BGCO. This year’s award went to the Oceanside Police Department (OPD) for their ongoing support of the Club and dedication to the Oceanside Youth Partnership, a collaboration between OPD and BGCO which provides mentorship to at-risk

Lastly, the Jeremiah Milbank Award, Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s highest award, was presented to Robert Botkin, Laura Galinson, Gigi Gleason, Herb Solomon & Elaine Galinson and Mary Jo Young. “Tori has been on our board a short two years, but in that time her work has been invaluable. She adds a much needed millennial perspective to the board and has taken on the monumental task of chairing our 32nd Annual Boys and Girls Night Out Gala,” said Botkin.

In addition to the awards ceremony, breakfast was catered by JennHouse Catering, a local Oceanside business.
