“We are very excited to be able to provide our youth with a taste of normalcy, by providing the meals they love to eat, and to support our community during these difficult times. A big thanks to BGCO staff for ensuring that our local youth have the nutrition they so greatly need,” said Jodi Diamond, CEO.
Meal pick-up will be on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12pm-1pm. Parents can come to our Townsite location at 401 Country Club Lane in Oceanside to receive meals for their children. Youth need not be a member of BGCO to receive a meal, but must be under the age of 18. Families do not need to leave the safety of their cars, thanks to our convenient curbside pickup! They will pull their car up to the curb outside the Club, where they will see a food program sign. Club staff will then hand meals through the passenger window. We will also offer curbside pickup for those without cars, while adhering to social distancing protocols, as recommended by the CDC.
