County of San Diego's 2020 Needs Assessment

Through January 15, 2021, Circulate San Diego is working alongside the County of San Diego’s Community Action Partnership to collect input about community needs across the region. To ensure the community has a voice in the process, the County of San Diego and Circulate San Diego invite residents to participate in a Community Needs Assessment Survey and Community Conversations being held virtually.

The purpose of the 2020 Needs Assessment is to identify current strengths, needs, and ideas for future services in the community. Your input will help the County of San Diego’s Community Action Partnership (CAP) in the development and improvement of programs and resources that empower and provide individuals, families, and communities the tools and opportunities to become resilient and self-sufficient.

How to participate:

1. Take the Needs Assessment Survey! This survey aims to capture comprehensive data and information to serve as the basis for CAP’s goals, programs, and services provided to individuals, families, and communities. Take the survey by January 15th and be entered to win a $100 Amazon Gift Card!

2. Participate in the Needs Assessment Community Conversation! This conversation will be held online through Zoom. San Diego County residents are invited to join their Community Conversation to share information on in-depth local issues that impact the health, safety, and quality of life in your neighborhoods. For a list and registration links for the Community Conversation in your area, see the zip codes associated with the County region below. One participant at each Community Conversation will win a $100 Amazon Gift Card!
