Households will also have new ways to qualify for ACP such as: receiving WIC benefits or having an income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. New AT&T Access Plan + New Federal Benefit = Free Internet Eligible customers can take advantage of this offer by combining a new AT&T from Access plan with the federal benefits from the ACP.
