New AT&T Plan Offers Free Internet to Eligible Households

Access to affordable, reliable high-speed internet is critical, especially during these unprecedented times. That’s why we want to alert you of a new plan from AT&T that provides free broadband internet for eligible households.

​As part of their commitment to connecting more Californians to reliable, high-speed broadband internet, AT&T has recently announced a new discount internet program for low-income customers called Access from AT&T.
 
Access from AT&T: The Access from AT&T program provides low-cost home internet services for qualified customers. AT&T is now offering Access from AT&T for eligible customers with speeds of up to 100 Mbps with unlimited data for $30 per month. To learn more, click here.
 
Affordable Connectivity Program: The new Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) provides eligible households with a benefit of up to $30 a month and up to $75 on qualifying Tribal lands to reduce the cost of broadband service. The ACP will provide eligible California customers with federal benefits that can be applied to home internet or wireless services from AT&T and Cricket Wireless. Households will also have new ways to qualify for ACP such as: receiving WIC benefits or having an income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. New AT&T Access Plan + New Federal Benefit = Free Internet
Eligible customers can take advantage of this offer by combining a new AT&T from Access plan with the federal benefits from the ACP.
