San Juan Capistrano, CA – Today, U.S. Representative Mike Levin (D-CA) launched his new podcast entitled, Listening with Levin. The podcast builds off Rep. Levin’s frequent town halls and will feature various guests discussing legislative updates from Congress and other relevant news for California’s 49th Congressional District. Listening with Levin provides yet another way to stay up to date on a variety of topics that directly affect North County San Diego and South Orange County residents.
“One of my most important responsibilities is keeping my constituents informed about my work for them and the policies that affect them, and this new podcast is another way I hope to do that,” said Rep. Levin “I know it’s not always possible for constituents to catch my virtual town halls live, so I’m excited to offer those discussions on another easily accessible platform.”
In the first episode of Listening with Levin, Congressman Levin shared updates about his work to deliver more COVID relief for his constituents and discussed the climate crisis with Dr. David Victor, a climate change expert and professor of international relations at the School of Global Policy and Strategy at UC San Diego.
Rep. Levin’s podcast will be hosted on most major streaming platforms, including Apple iTunes and Spotify. Rep. Levin encourages listeners to tune in and subscribe so they never miss an episode. Constituents can watch the virtual town halls on Twitter, Facebook, or YouTube, and can submit questions for the Congressman at MLevin.Press@Mail.House.gov.
