CARLSBAD & OCEANSIDE, Calif. – Señor Grubby’s Carlsbad & Oceanside to host their annual Community Christmas Party to support ‘Got Your Back San Diego’. With the support of the Carlsbad Fire Department and The Flowerbooth Co.; the holiday festivities will be in full swing.
The events will take place on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 from 5-8pm; and Wednesday, December 15, 2021 from 5-8pm, respectively at the Carlsbad & Oceanside locations. From 6-8pm, 20% of all sales will be donated back to Got Your Back San Diego.
This event will feature cookie decorating, coffee & hot cocoa, fire truck rides on the Carlsbad Fire Department’s antique fire engine (in Carlsbad); photo booth memories; raffles including prizes from Linksoul, NIXON, Precious Petals Clothing, Rebel Villa, Carlsbad Lagoon, Baba Coffee, Hardcore Fitness North County, Brio Skin Studio, Emerald Isle Golf, Senora Refillery, Knockout Pizza, Moonlight Amphitheatre, and more, with 100% of raffle sales being donated back to GYBSD. There will be surfboards designed by Whitlock Surf Factory up for grabs as well; every $10 donation to GYBSD gets you a raffle ticket to be entered to win the surfboard. There is no limit to the number of entries that can be purchased. The free event is open to the public, and all ages are welcome.
Attendees are encouraged to bring canned spaghetti sauce, Chef Boy R Dee meals, and shelf stable milk in individual sized containers.
Got Your Back San Diego is a North County San Diego-based nonprofit weekend food assistance program developed specifically for children who depend on school cafeteria food for their primary source of nutrition Monday through Friday and are often forced to skip meals on weekends due to limited resources.
