Studio ACE Children’s Art Classes for July 2019

Oceanside, CA, July 1, 2019 – Studio ACE announces its July line-up of classes for children. You can register for all classes on studioace.org, call 760-730-5203 or stop by Studio ACE at 3861 Mission Avenue, Oceanside, CA 92058. The Studio is located next to the Mission Branch of the Oceanside Library.

July Special Children’s Classes:

Kids Summer Art Camps 2019! 

Studio ACE offers year-round Art Camps for aspiring artists and this Summer Studio ACE is offering eight (Yes, 8!) sessions!

Camps are offered for two age ranges:
Artists 6-8 years of age (Maximum 10 students) from 9:00 - 11:30am (see dates below) 
Artists 9-12 years of age (Maximum 12 students) from 1:00 - 4:00pm (see dates below) 
Each Art Camp runs from Monday - Wednesday on these dates in July: 
July 8-10, 2019 is Celebrate Summer (6-8 years) & Space & Art (9-12 years)
July 15-17, 2019 is Art Around the World (for both age groups)
July 22-24, 2019 is Art & Nature (for both age groups)
July 29-31, 2019 is Exploring 3D Art (6-8 years) & Earth & Environment (9-12 years) 

Arts Instructors Corinna Stocker and Robin Satori serve as highly creative and energetic guides for these Art Camps. Sessions are filled with drawing, painting, printmaking, music making, and most of all, a lot of FUN! All Art Camp sessions include snacks and all necessary art supplies.

3D Art Exploration Sundays!
Artists of all ages and skill levels are invited to drop in between 2 and 4pm and join Artist instructor Theresa Fullmer for some mixed media Art and fun Celebrating Summer! Projects take 30-45 minutes.

Guided by Artist Instructor Theresa Fullmer

Dates and Times: Sundays in July: 14th, 21st & 28th, from 2:00 - 4:00 pm
Fee: $5 Suggested Donation per family
Note: Children 7 and under must be accompanied by an adult
Limit 12 people

Continuous Children’s Art Classes:

Please Note: A Monthly Class Rate of $15 ($12 military) is available at the beginning of each month for all Children’s classes. This special rate is good until the first class of the month. It’s Simple: Choose a class, let the Studio know you’d like the monthly rate, then register and pay by the date of the first class for that month and you’re all set!

Tuesday Morning Toddlers Class: Creative Kids! 
Art Classes developed especially for toddlers at Studio ACE!
For the Month of July Only, the Toddlers Class will Be Thursday mornings on these dates: Thursdays, July 11, 18 & 25, 2019
Corinna Stocker draws on her experience as both artist and mom to guide Creative Kids, an art class for children ages 2-5.
This class focuses on bringing kids and moms together to experience stories and art at Studio ACE.
Dates & Times: Thursdays, in July Only:  9:30-10:15 am, (No Class July 4th)
Fee: $5 Regular, $4 military, monthly rate available at beginning of each month.
Ages: 2-5
Limit: 8 Students, and you must bring your parent

Thursday Afternoon Beginning Drawing Class 
This is an introductory class for students age 6-12.
Students will create their own drawing guided by art instructor, Corinna Stocker.
Dates & Times: Continuous Thursdays from 3:30-4:30pm (No Class July 4th) 
Cost: $5 per class, $4 military, monthly rate available at beginning of each month.

Thursday Afternoon Intermediate Drawing Class
This is an intermediate class for students age 9 to 12 who have some drawing skills and are looking to explore shape and form in more depth. Arts Instructor Corinna Stocker will guide students through drawing exercises based on art history, music, nature and literature.
Students will create their own drawing guided by art instructor, Corinna Stocker.
Dates and Times: Continuous Thursdays from 4:45 to 5:45pm, (No Class July 4th)
Fee: $5 per class, $4 for military, monthly rate available at beginning of each month.

Drawing and Painting Saturdays
Come one, come all! Students of all ages can come in and join the drawing & painting fun guided by art instructor Corinna Stocker.
Dates & Times: Continuous Saturdays from 10:00am-12:00pm
Cost: $5 per family, $4 military, monthly rate available at beginning of each month.
