When: Thursday, January 10
Where: Civic Center Library Community Room
330 North Coast Highway
Time: 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.
PROJECT START DATE
Oceanside Beachfront Resort’s site activities will kick-off early in January 2019. Construction will be ongoing through the Summer of 2020. Our team will work hard to minimize disruption to local residents.
PROJECT IMPACTS
Early phases of construction will involve fencing of the two City blocks, closure of Mission Avenue between Myers Street and Pacific Street, utility modifications and excavation of two below-grade parking levels. Street signage will be installed prior to changes in Traffic Control.
As the project starts, parking around the site will be removed and the construction fence will occupy one lane in the streets. The project will see a noticeable traffic increase in the first six to eight weeks as the excavation and export of the basement is completed. We will work diligently to complete this activity as quickly as possible. Please note the haul route shown above highlights businesses that will see an increase in traffic for the six to eight weeks.
DIRECT, IMMEDIATE ACCESS
DPR will provide a direct phone number - (619) 416-1325 - for anyone to connect with us if there is any excessive noise, dust or other activities that are adversely affecting our neighbors.
